Hi I'm Emily!

I’ve never shared this before, but…a few years ago, this was my life: 
 
  • I had black & white thinking about nutrition.

  • I felt I had to be “all” in on a “diet” or not doing it at all. 

  • This created huge fluctuations in my weight (+/-) 20 lbs.

Before...

I would restrict my calories and exercise like mad. 

 

I was...

a b*tch because I felt out of control.

​

a “party pooper" because I was so strict with regiment…not wanting to go out to eat…not allowing myself “fun time” because I was so nervous I would gain 1lb.

​

in a constant state of neuroticism because I felt I  could not go one day without working out. Leading to mental and physical exhaustion and a lot of guilt.

I realized that what I was doing was completely unsustainable!

I wanted my metabolism to work for me and not against me.

​

I wanted to go out to dinner and have drinks without feeling I put on 10lbs.

​

I wanted to exercise without  feeling like I had to punish myself for what I ate.

​

I wanted to know what I was doing worked and got me results for the rest of my life.

Through developing my Gray Method it completely transformed my life.

I feel confident in my skin.

 

I make room for my favorite foods everyday.

 

I no longer feel like I am in a vicious restrict-binge cycle.

 

Food is no longer stressful for me and meal time is a breeze.
